I have to plug it into a different USB port to make it work again. Even exiting and restarting the utility doesn't help. Unplugging two-three times seems to help, but even though the tablet is now able to move the cursor, the PenTablet configuration utility doesn't recognize that the tablet is reconnected. The mouse cursor doesn't move when I move the pen. Problem 3: After unplugging and re-plugging the tablet, it often doesn't work. However, express keys seem to accept two keypresses at the same time, but not three. For example, I use ctl-alt-4 to select Epic Pen's highlighter tool. Problem 2: I would like to program the tablet's express keys with Epic Pen's shortcut.

Unplugging the tablet from USB and re-plugging it does help, but see problem 3 below. I can still draw with the mouse, but the tablet's pen can only erase, no matter how often I push that button.

However, it seems to be stuck in eraser mode forever. Problem 1: When I hit the upper button on the tablet's pen, the tablet is supposed to switch between pen and eraser modes.

Perhaps it doesn't work too well with the drawing software I use - Epic Pen, a small tool that permits scribbling anywhere on the computer's desktop. While I like the tablet very much when it works, I have encountered a few problems. Since I don't have a lot of USB ports, I have to connect it via a hub.

It's connected to a laptop with up-to-date Windows 10. I have become a proud owner of a Deco 01 and plan to use it for handwritten text and diagrams in training videos.
